5 Factors of Health

In our time as Community Fitness trainers and fitness coaches, we’ve found 5 areas worth looking at to make a plan the become the healthiest versions of ourselves. We call these the 5 Factors of Health. They take a holistic view of health and fitness. These 5 factors, when done with consistency, have significantly transformed our lives for the better. Here they are:

GOAL: Eat real food, not too much, mostly plants. Eliminate refined carbohydrates processed foods and sugar. Our modern American diets are carb and sugar filled. Combined with our sedentary lifestyles, as a nation – we are heavier and unhealthier than ever.
